For those of you who aren't familiar with Pixie Epoxy: It's basically an eye (primer) glue that makes glitter stick to where you want to have it. There won't be much fall out when you use it underneath your glittery eye shadows & the colors will be more sparkly & vibrant. You can read more about Pixie Epoxy here.
I've to say that I'm very pleased with how this worked & it doesn't seem to irritate my eye lids (that can be rather sensitive) which is great, too.
Like promised, the pigment I used got much more sparkly & pigmented. You need to pad P.E. on the lid, then wait a bit until it doesn't feel too wet anymore, then pad you eye shadow or pigment over it.
eyes: Fyrinnae "Pixie Epoxy" on lid, Illamasqua "Android" pure pigment padded over it. Fyrinnae "Parental Advisory" in crease, MAC "Vanilla" as highlight. MAC "Blacktrack" fluidline & "Feline" kohl power pencil to line.
cheeks: MAC "Stereo Rose" mineralize skin finish, NARS "Albatross" highlighter.
lips: YSL Rouge Volupté Perle # 102 Coral Sun.
